Group session schedule: 

Each session is an intimate, gentle, and safe space, entirely dedicated to your emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

 

There is nothing to perform, nothing to achieve. Come as you are : tired, tense, lost, or simply curious.

 

I guide you step by step through a deep, liberating experience, carried by your breath.

90 minutes journey.

Welcome & discussion (15 min)

We begin with a moment of conversation, to share what you are going through, set your intention, and create a space of trust together.

You can say anything, or say nothing at all. Sometimes, we pair and do "authentic relating" games to get to know each other deeper.

Body warm-up (5 min)

A few gentle movements, grounding yourself, simple breathing to bring you back into your body. You can sit or lie down.

I will explain the session protocol and the effects you may experience.

Guided breathwork (20-25 min)

You breathe to music, eyes closed, following a rhythm that I simply guide.

I guide you with my voice, sometimes with light touches (always if you agree), to help you relax, release, and feel.

You can cry, laugh, tremble, feel nothing, everything is welcome.

Your body leads the way.

Integration (25 min)

A phase of calm. You remain lying down, lulled by soft music.

Your nervous system regulates itself, your body processes what has just happened. This is the most important part.

Sharings if desired, silence, journaling... a cocoon (15 min)

You can share what you have experienced... or simply remain silent. There are no expectation.

I listen to you with presence. 

Sharing allows for co-regulation and the opening of hearts, because every woman can identify with another woman's experience... It is often very beautiful and powerful.

Closing and anchoring (5 min)

A short closing ritual and some tips (speech, breathing, grounding) to leave feeling aligned, centered, and light.
